Colorado's Creekside Guest Ranch Vacation Retreat includes sleeping accommodations for 16+
guests and use of 80 acres of river front ranch grounds, for your special event

Creekside Guest Home
Make our home yours during your stay on our ranch for
your special event, wedding, reunion or corporate retreat.
Creekside Guest Home is your dream log home in Colorado
overlooking the Williams Fork River. Newly built in 2007,
this 4,250 sq. foot home is furnished with new furniture
and high quality finishes such as all tile bathrooms and
granite counter tops. This beautiful home has 20 foot vaulted
ceilings on the main floor with windows that span from
the floor to the ceiling.

Amenities
Main Level of Guest Home can be rented hourly for your
special event, meeting, or wedding, these amenities include:
• Great room with 20 foot vaulted
ceilings and windows that span from the floor to the ceiling

Beautiful pop out pentagon dining room surrounded
by windows with spacious table
• Covered porch and newly landscaped
lawn overlooking Williams Fork River
• Onsite golf driving

B&B Suite is located
on lower level of house and can be rented in combination
or separately with the main level, these amenities include:

Suite on lower level only (2 bedrooms, 5 beds)
• 1 bathroom with tile shower and with Jacuzzi Tub
• Happy to accommodate children
and provide portable crib/high chair as requested
• Business corner with desk, printer and wireless internet access in lower
level suite
• Bar/kitchenette on lower level with mini fridge, microwave,
sink, crock pot, griddle, coffee maker and some cookware
and utensils

Theater room with recline seating and 65” big screen

your family stay here before and after ceremony. Do an
outdoor

a white canopy tent, or for a smaller wedding use the balcony
of the house, the pop out gazebo style room or the great
room that has 20 foot vaulted ceilings with custom windows
that span from the floor to the ceiling in our beautiful
log home. We can help arrange a horse drawn carriage for
the bride and groom. Add on the option of renting Creekside
Guest Cabin that is located on the same property. It
is perfect for the wedding couple’s private hideaway,
while the family stays at Creekside Guest House and B&B
