Creekside Guest Cabin*

$125.00 - $350.00 Daily		  
$1,800.00 - $4,000.00 Monthly as available  

Rates vary depending on season and number of people. Wireless internet, satellite TV, linens, fully furnished and kitchen with cookware is included in price. Prices do not include tax and cleaning fees as apply.


Creekside B&B Executive Suite*

$150.00 - $350.00 Daily (Continental Breakfast can be added on for additional cost)		  

Rates vary depending on season and number of people, taxes are not included in price.

*Option of renting Cabin & B&B at same time to accommodate larger parties up to 16 people (Regular rates apply).


Creekside Vacation Retreat*
Includes 2 day stay, accommodations for 16 people in cabin & B&B, use of Guest Home Main Level, Balcony and Lawn for 12 hours, includes “renting ranch” river front property for reception/wedding/special event for 150+ guests for 24 hours with liquor liability insurance provided. Additional guests have the option for overnight camping with a tent or RV for additional cost. $2,800.00

*If you are interested in a destination wedding, we can provide lodging for additional guests and accommodate longer stays, please contact us for pricing and more information. We can build a retreat package to meet your needs.


Build Your Own Package for Your Wedding or Event
Event Fee & Grounds Rental for 24 hours for reception/party of 150+ guests (liquor liability insurance provided) $950.00
Use of Creekside Guest Home's Balcony, Lawn, Main Floor and Kitchen Facilities $90.00 per hour in addition to event fee
Wedding on grounds without liquor $550.00 up to 5 hours
($50 each additional hour)
Creekside Guest Cabin (2 night minimum) $275.00 per night plus tax (Sleeps up to 8)
Creekside Guest B&B (Lower Level Only) - 2 night minimum $275.00 per night plus tax (Sleeps up to 8)

Note: Taxes and cleaning fees are not included in any of the above prices/packages.
